bracelets keep curling

i noticed that some of my bracelets curl into themselves when i finish them but it’s only certain patterns. anyone know how i can fix this so they lie flat besides just flattening them?

Hi, I have the same problem with my candy stripe bracelets. You can't do much about it. They curl because you are using all forward knots or all backward knots. If it really bothers you, you can iron it but make sure you have a piece of fabric between them. I hope this helped!

As said before it's completely normal that certain bracelets curl. You could also try to tie these bracelets less tight.

The straight edge technique miiiight help, because when masha made the pattern that was really bent, the knots of that pattern heavily faced one side, so maybe try that? Make sure to keep your knots consistent, too

I still have this problem, but I find something that helps is to secure how you hold your bracelet down. If I were to use tape (it's not as secure as I would like), then my bracelet would curl if I was pulling it one way (if that makes sense idk). If you pull your bracelet a certain way, it will probably tend to curl that way. Hope this helps!!

sometimes that because you may do your knots super tight and stretch the bracelet it might loosen up
