this pattern is super easy to segment knot! just knot it in the same shape like you would a chevron (v shape) but change the knots accordingly. so basically you’d just be doing f,f,b,b,b on the left and the same on the right. then connect the two middle strings with any knot. and repeat to the desired length. hope that helps!

I'd knot it like a candystripe consisting of b knots but the first two and the last two knots of every diagonal are changed to f knots. So f, f, b, b, b, b, b, b, b, f, f.
