Well Masha Knots has a whole playlist dedicated to beginner bracelet. Those are all beginner friendly.

if you are ready for any alphas, i recommend any of them that are 2-3 colors so switching colors won't be that hard. also ones that dont have an absurd amount of strings.

you can also try filtering out patterns by difficulty ! although patterns are no longer rated for difficulty, the older ones that are are helpful!

Hi! I recommend if your a beginner you should try the following bracelets: Chinese staircase, chevron and candy stripe friendship bracelets. All of these do have tutorials on YouTube. Then I recommend after you finish and mastered all of them try learning to read patterns and try intermediate friendship bracelets. I hope this helped 🙂

Also before you make any bracelets make sure you know the four different knots (masha knots has a great video on those!)

For beginning patterns, try out something like a chevron or a candystripe, or maybe something that is easy to segment knot.

I don't know if there is a pattern for it, but a bordered chevron is simple, but interesting, basically a chevron but you have another color that goes on the outside edge and before you start working in you do a forwards-backwards or backwards-forwards with the special outside color.
