Hello. I have been told that going to the website to make a pattern. But when I went to make one, the pattern making was very confusing. I need help.

I think the part where people are most confused about is the knotting structure.

There are four different knots (f, b, fb and bf) and you can also leave knots out (0). Knots need to be divided by commas.

You write the pattern row by row. In a pattern with an even amount of string there needs to be half that amount of knots in the uneven rows and half minus one in uneven rows. For patterns with an uneven amount of strings in all rows there are the amount of string minus one divided by two knots in each row. Left out knots (0) also count as knots.

Personally I draw the pattern I want to write on a graph paper first so I know all the knots. Then I write it into the generator. Here's a tutorial that might be helpful https://www.braceletbook.com/tutorials/34_designing-normal-patterns/
