Hey guys, I am new to making bracelets and I am looking for a normal pattern to make, but I am super confused on how to read the patterns 🙁please help!!!!

masha knots has a lot of super helpful tutorial videos on this subject! I learned everything I know pretty much from herhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwTBtpF0TcE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8EMUtKKdMs Also, there's a few bracelets I learned how to make without the specific patterns because they themselves had repeating "patterns" that were easy to memorize if that makes any sense. Those were the candy stripe, chevron, heart, and diamond. With those four I got familiar with all the knots. Youtube tutorials were my best friends |

I, and a lot of people could push out a block of text about how to read the patterns, but I think the videos are helpful because masha especailly shows the visual of the pattern, plus the knots she's making, all while explaining what the symbols on the patterns mean

@piyu24_ Hi !! I know patterns look super difficult at the beginning, but if you are looking for a very easy one I suggest you to apply filters to your search here in Bracelet Book. For example, in the difficulty it asks you to select the level of difficulty form 1 to 10, so if you are looking for a beginners pattern select "1", and decrease the amount of strings in the filters so that you can learn with a few strings and it will help you more. Idk if you understood, but message me if you need more help ! 😊

reading patterns can definitely be confusing in the beginning, but watching some tutorials on youtube (especially masha knots) can and will really help you!

you basically follow the knots to which knots it’s telling you to do if that makes sense
