Masha Knots has a beginner alpha tutorial where she makes the rainbow bracelet. It’s super easy and I recommend you do it for your first alpha

any alphas that are under 15 strings and have 2-3 colors are easy and beginner friendly. i suggest filtering them by the number of strings and colors so you can find a pattern you like. if you need more pattern numbers, @KrazyKnotz has a forum post under “hints” called “great basic/easy alpha patterns.” hope that helps!

#1098 #1186 #1147 try two colored patterns for your first alpha. Make sure your base strings are secured in place and not too long or they'll tangle. The knots might not look even on your first try, don't give up, you'll figure how much tension you'll need to pull your knots together. Hope this helped.
