is crochet thread/cotton that is size 5 as good as normal craft cord or embroidery thread? like dies it produce the same size knots and stuff?

^^also, i forgot to add this, but if i were to buy crochet cotton would it be size 8 or size 5?

@kthunvi Size 8 is thinner then size 5 so I would recommend buying the size 5.

i think it would work the same just make sure to make your knows tight just not to tight so its uneven

I recommend size 5 and also I would recommend going in person to buy it.
