It won't let me create a pattern...

When I go to create a pattern, I am told that I can't submit the pattern because I did not agree to the terms and conditions. I would like to agree to them so is there any way that I can do that? Thank you for your time and a reply would be very appreciated 😊

Under where it tells you to add keywords It should say share rights and there will be a little box you have to click. Hope that helps 😊
