How would I make a loop with triangle starts for pattern #35257?

For the triangle ends, I would suggest splitting it between the two A strings between the D and E strings. You can do the loop like you would any other bracelets. Hope this helps!

In row three, there is a yellow forward knot. That would be a great start for a single triangle end. I don't think its possible to do a double because the strings are not split evenly (I'm sure you could, it would just be VERY complicated).

@zoeyllm the strings are split evenly, also it is possible as there are people who have posted photos doing a double triangle end.
