Over the course of the past few months, I've made almost a dozen bracelets and would love to upload photos. Do I have to wait for my rank to increase?

No, you don't have to have a certain rank. Just go to the pattern you want to post a picture of. On the website there's a button that reads "add photo". I think on the app it's a plus.
