How do I get my bracelet to lie flat?

I knot very tightly, out of habit from other crafty hobbies. Is that why my bracelet curls and doesnt lie flat?

that could be the issue. if anything, try to knot a little looser and see if it stops curling.

On each of the end strings make a backward forwards or forwards backwards knot, intead of just forward or backward knots. If you still need help Masha Knots has a great video. 😉
