Okay so I have a bunch of questions:What are challenges exactly? How do you participate in one? What do you get if you win? Where do you go to enter? I'm new to this and I really want to know more about it. |

Hi! So there are two types of challenges, official, and non-official. Official just means that if you win or sometimes even just participate, you get a small number next to your picture on your profile to show how many you've done. To participate, it's simple. Many challenges only require you to take and post a picture, sometimes with a keyword in the background of the pattern. A really simple way to let somebody know if you've participated is to leave a post/comment on the chain. Like I mention, for official challenges you can get a reward, and for non-official challenges, I think they're just for fun! (You might get something, not sure.) Hope this has helped! 🙂

Challenges are where you try to make one or more of the listed Challenge patterns within the time limit given (for monthly challenges, within that month and for weekly challenges, within that week). You participate in them by posting a picture of your completed creation to the pattern (done by clicking "add a photo" in the top right corner of the design's page and choosing your photo from your files). If you win, you get a reward (a reward is a number next to your profile picture on your profile page, it goes up whenever you participate in a challenge). To enter, you just post your photo to the challenge design and make sure you follow all the rules outlined in the challenge post. You can find active challenges in the Forum under the Challenges section. Official challenges have official in the title, and those are the only ones you receive rewards for. Make sure you follow all the rules outlined in the forum post to receive your reward. There are also many unofficial challenges, which you can participate in for fun but do not receive rewards for.
