When I am finished tying my knots in the row they are always slanted to the direction I am pulling it, so you have the bracelet going like this!//////// \\\\\\\\ Help! |

you could also try tying the first half of the knot a little tighter. Masha Knots has a great video called "Common Beginner Mistakes || Friendship Bracelets" that might help!

Make sure that when you're making your knots you pull the basestrings down tight and you really knot to the side horizontally each knot.

ended the most advanced bracelet makers see some slanting in their alpha bracelets, just by the nature of the style

I think they are supposed to do that in Alphas.

this is gonna sound a little strange haha, but when my alphas are getting slanted I use my floss bobbins to fix a row. I kinda just push the row upward so that the rows are closer together. I know this is not a proper answer, but its how i do it.
