@soufiy134, the top right link on your link bar at the top of the page says 'Add/Edit Pattern'. Click that link and you'll have the option to create normal or alpha patterns. If you need any more explanation just ask 🙂

If you're on the app, you can't design or submit patterns. All of that has to be done from the actual website. The app doesn't support that software.
