I didn’t get a reward, why?

So I did KrazyKnots Official weekly challenge, and in my photo I put the word challenge. My photo got accepted, and I checked but I never got my little star thing next to my profile. Does it take awhile for them to give the reward, or did the moderator that accepted mine forget? I’m just wondering because this is my first challenge. If anyone knows the answer to why I didn’t get the reward than please tell me. Thanks

I havent done the challenge yet, i dont do those, but maybe they give rewards at the end of the challenge, right before the new one, or after the new one is posted. If the reward still doesnt show up, message them

@Shelly2121 but in the challenge it also says when someone accepts a photo then you will receive your prize, so maybe they forgot to give me my prize?

yeah you should have gotten a reward when your photo was accepted. did you include the word “challenge” in the photo? because if the word “challenge” isn’t in the photo then it wouldn’t count. but yeah i recommend messaging the moderator who accepted your photo.

I think it is just a matter of the moderator forgetting to give you a reward. Looking at your photo looks like you did everything right. I saw on another thread that you put that '"does it take time to give rewards?" I actually got the notification that I got the reward before I got the notification saying the photo had been accepted. Of course I think they saw the photo and probably clicked the rewards button before the accept button but it still doesn't really explain why you didn't get the reward. Definitely message the moderator. |

Was it a official challenge... if so I think u have to put official challenge week whatever. It also could be the that the moderator forgot. Only official challenges get u reward btw

If you submit a photo for the challenge, makes sure it has the word 'challenge' in it. I recommend messaging the moderator who accepted your photo and kindly explain that you did not receive your reward. They might have just forgotten and will most likely immediately give you your reward.
