Masha Knots has a video on loops for alphas. Also, watch her basic loops video, she shows what a lark head knot is. Hopefully this helps! 👍

i personally find it easier to tape your strings to your workspace and take the longer string and start making bf knots. so instead of doing the larkshead knot, fold your strings in half, tape it halfway, and start knotting your loop. also make sure that on the other end, the long string that you are making your loop with is the same length as the other string. on the side where you are making the loop, the long string should be longer than your other strings. masha knots explains this better in her beginning loops tutorial. hope that helps!
