how do i do forward backward knots and backward forward knots?

So a forwards know is when you make a 4 shape with the string and do two knots onto the string. And backwards knot is is when you do two knots that are a backwards 4 shaped. A forward backward is one 4 shape and one backwards 4 shape.. a backwards forwards is one backwards 4 shape and one 4 shape
