What size of dmc pearl is best for bracelets?

@lejacobs08 If you're referring to crochet thread, I'm wondering this too. I've head that size 10 is too thick, but that's about it.

Excellent question!! I prefer to use DMC #3 - it is a little thicker, but that means fewer knots and you are done a bit faster. I also love to use DMC #10. #10 is about 1/2 as thick as the #3. I find doubling the #10 works very well. I know that FLOSS comes in so many many more colors, however I really prefer the #3 size.

Personally, dmc Petra 5 is the best! It is the right thickness as embroidery floss, but it isn’t as soft, it is twisted on it self so no fraying, when I buy it, it comes in a HUGE roll that could last me months!
