Ok, I've tried to ask this before but for some reason it must be hard to understand??? Ill try again here.. As you are making your bracelet and following the pattern, after you have made your knot, on which side do you lay your working thread? To be clear let's say its the first strings in the second row and you need to make a backward knot, does the working string lay on the left of the 2 because it is a backward knot? Also I constantly can't do anything because I'm a newbie++ your suppose to make friends but I can't add anyone or do anything!

It just depends on which knot you do. If you do a forward knot, then the string would be on the right. If you do a backward knot, the left. If you do a forward/backward, it would be on the left. If it is a backward/forward, it would be right. Also, wherever the string goes on the pattern is where yours should go. Hope I made sense, and I have the same problem with not doing anything and being a newbie++.

You can get your rank up if you rate and comment on patterns. That helped me. Plus, post pictures of patterns that you do, that'll REALLY help.

Thanks KC, I didn't realize you needed to watch closely where your stings needed to lay. It's so easy to lay your strings on the wrong side.
