I'm not exactly sure what you mean. Just about every bracelet follows a pattern, even the simple candy stripe. I supposed, if you can't find a pattern you want to tie, you could just start tying random knots and see what you get. But check the tutorial section for the fringe bracelet. That doesn't really follow a pattern. Neither does the Chinese staircase.
