it means that the colors you are using in the pattern are too similar so you cant tell them apart

Is it getting rejected, or are you just getting that warning when you try to submit it? Usually it's just a warning. But if you're certain those are the colors you want to use, you can ignore that warning and submit as usual. Sometimes that warning comes up on colors that look nothing alike, so it's easily ignored.
