Yeah totally! You can only make patterns if you’re on desktop though, it won’t work if you’re on the app. But on the top banner there should be a tab that says something about making a design. You just click it and get to work. Once you’re happy with the product and your pattern follows all of the rules you submit it and wait for it to get reviewed.

You can also use the generator if you're on your phone but only on the website.
