I am the website I don’t know if the app is different but on the website if you go to the pattern you want to submit your picture too on top where all the dimensions are you should see a little camera that says add photo from there you can choose from library or take a picture then after you choose which picture you want just have to click submit and wait for it to get accepted or declined by a mod hope it helps feel free to message me for anything else glad to help

on the app, find and click on the patterns you have a photo of and in the top right corner should be a plus sign. click that and select add photo
