For a normal bracelet, you will be able to tell the pattern but seen the knot lines. On an alpha, you could not tell from the back what the pattern is

Yes, no matter if you do a normal or an alpha bracelet the back of your bracelet will look different than the front. So you don't need to worry that it looks different. Some people prefer the way the bracelets look on the back, but most people prefer the front of it. In an alpha pattern there'll be lots of loose strings on the back. |

I just watched the Masha Knots video and you could not tell from the back so that is why I said that

No matter what type of bracelet you do the back will always look different from the front. On normal patterns they will look similar but are still different and for alpha patterns there will be loose strings on the back.

You’ll see some lines in the back of the bracelet and you might get more holes there then the front, other then that it’s usually the same, unless you add a string, then the little string snip will be visible from the back

The back of the bracelet doesn’t always look as pretty as the front because the strings seem to peep through on the back and there will be lines but that’s ok

For my previous post, that only applies to normals, on alphas you’ll get threads popping out like if you add a string

for normal patterns the knots look slightly different and not quite as nice as the front but the pattern is still recognizable, but for alphas the back looks completely different and the pattern is not recognizable.

Unless you use beads for weaving alpha patterns, the back will always look different than the front. It's just because of the way that knots are.But that's okay! Because when wearing it, you can't see the back unless it somehow gets flipped over lol. |
