I’ve been seeing several people put their alphas on a stick for them to hang and I really want to figure it out! Is there a video or certain technique I can look up? I don’t understand how to do the loops for the stick and don’t even know what kind of stick it is. Thank you in advance!

it's a larks knot, i got my sticks from my local dollar tree 🙂

I just use a long toothpick that I have a pack of, and the knot is a larks head knot

Wooden dowels or bamboo skewers work good too!
