I suggest switching your sitting position while making bracelets regularly. Look for places where you can sit comfortably.

The only way to really help with is to change the position in which you sit when you are sat down knotting. If you are sat leaning forward knotting for hours at a time it is inevitable you will put strain on your back and neck. Try sit where you keep your back straight and upright, it may help.

I tend to sit on my couch and bring my feet up so that they are on the couch and my clipboard is closer to me. I also would recommend to stretch before and after working on your bracelet and to take brakes. Also check your posture, and maybe to some ab workouts to strengthen your abs and back

I also tend to have this problem from time. I recommend either knotting on your bed (against the headboard) or your couch with your feet up. Plus, a few pillows on your lower back would help 😉

If you have a beanbag chair or something along the lines of one and lean it against a wall it doesn’t cause any back pain and is quite comfortable 😊

I also like to put a pillow or blanket underneath the clipboard or whatever I'm using to bring it closer to me or higher so I don't have to bend over so much to work on it
