You rank up by being active. Submitting photos, posting in the chat or forums, creating patterns and variations of existing patterns are just some ways that help in ranking up. Each rank is harder to reach than the next. 🙂

@bobolink You can't. If you want a photo to get deleted you can message Admin and ask him.
