So I have found that while making bracelets I can only make it like 2 rows before I get some pretty intense back pain. Does anyone have tips on how to fix that? It takes me pretty long to finish a pattern when it really shouldn't it just hurts to keep going lol.

the same thing happens to me! i usually lean against my bed and then transfer to a chair. i would suggest to not lean forward. maybe put your knees up with your feet still on the ground so the bracelet is closer to you(but you have to be on the ground leaning up against something)

yeah that happens to me too. i normal put one leg above the other and lean a little bit back in my chair and put my clipboard on my leg. and when it gets worse i sit on my couch and put my clipboard (i make my bracelets on it) against a table.

I tend to sit on my couch with my feet on the coffee table so the bracelet is closer to me. I also sometimes sit on the ground against my bed or a wall. If you have a desk and an adjustable chair you can always change the height of the chair to a comfortable position. I would recommend to stretch before and after working on a bracelet. You could also do some ab workouts to help strengthen your core and back.

Yes this happens to me too, what I do is I maybe take a break and stretch, or have a family member pop your back.

Hope this helps!!!

I either sit on my bed leaning against my headboard with a pillow behind by back or on the couch with the foot rest up with my knees up. I use a clipboard @sydsyd1026

I usually make my bracelet on a clipboard and lay down with a pillow while doing it (I also bend my knees so my feet are on the couch)

I made this handy thing out of a piece of cardboard where it measures how long your bracelets are and you can separate your strings and all that Jazz. Anyways, just try not to bend forward too much, don’t go towards the bracelet, make the bracelet go to you. Using a clipboard or a sturdy book with some tape to hold down your bracelet should work!!! Hope this helps! 🤙🏻👍🏻😁

Yes! I just like to sit up more so I use a clipboard and curl my knees up and set it on them and it is sooo much better!

When I first started I ran into this problem. somebody recommended putting it on the wall which helped a lot! It takes some getting used to be i use my dresser so the knobs can separate the strings at the very beginning
