How long should my strings be?

I’ve read multiple forums where people are giving all different sizes of string length, anywhere from 30-80”. How do I estimate correct lengths for any bracelet, big and small?

I like to do my wingspans length, and then add a couple of more inches. This always ends up to be the perfect length, and I make my bracelets around 14 cm. Basically from my left fingertips to my right shoulder and Then add like 3 or 4 in. Hope this helps! 🙂

I do the exact same method as @AwesomeGrl and have ran into no troubles of running out out of string. If you're making a loop you will need to double that though. |
