How do u create a bracelet on the app? Also how do u post?

Do you mean how do you create a pattern?
You can't via the app, you have to be on the website.
On the website, you hover over your profile name on the top menu bar, on the drop down menu click on 'Create Patterns', from there you can choose to create an Alpha or Normal pattern.
Once you've created it, you can then submit it, as long as you have no warnings at the top of the screen, and have entered at least 4 keywords that accurately describe what the pattern is. You won't see the pattern straight away upon submitting it as it needs be reviewed by the moderators.
If you mean posting pictures, on the app when you click to load the pattern's page of the pattern you are wanting to submit a picture of, there should be a plus (+) sign, you click that and the option to add a picture is there. Again, you won't see the picture straight away on your profile as it needs to be approved.

You can't create a pattern on the app. You can only do this on the website. On the website you click (phone) or hover (computer) over your username and a menu with "create patterns" will pop up.

To post a picture you need to go to the pattern you want to post a picture of and click plus (app) or add photo (website).
