I have a bunch or IRIS string but the knots seem a big big (my first 3 posted pictures) and I have some LOVIMAG embroidery floss in my amazon cart. I was wondering if they’re good brands?

Your knots could seem big because of the amount of tension you put on the string when you create the knot. I think all of the embroidery floss is the same thickness wise.

I’ve used iris before and it was good. I’ve never used the other brand though I would see if there are reviews as embroidery floss of different qualities can be varying sizes and thicknesses while it’s the same strand number.

As long as your knots are the same size the size itself doesn’t really matter, if they’re different sizes it’s probably your knotting

#Leocrate:I have iris band thread. I think it's great! Your knots may be not tied tight enough... To make them tighter, tie the first knot of your knot tighter. The first knot positions the knot. Also if u tie your knots tighter it'll help your bracelets not have holes and keep the bracelet straight. Hope this answers your question. If you have any other questions feel free to ask them. 😊 |

@bunnyknots thank you for the feedback. I just finished my first alpha using IRIS and I wish I would’ve seen your comment sooner! It was really wonky but my mom still liked it(it was for her).
