I've seen a trend on Bracelet Book for around a month of knotting upside for alphas. I've watched @Margaron video about the technique and I still don't understand. If someone could explain to me how to make the knots or make a video of it in depth it'll really help!

It's not in English, but luckily the graphics are clear and you can easily see what they are doing, and how to do it.
It's a very easy technique, and very easy to pick up.

Upside down? If yes take the pattern and put it upside down

So when you make a normal forwards knot for an alpha when you make the 4 shake with your knotting string it’s over top of the base string and you pull the loose end UP through the hole. When you tie upside down you still make the 4 shape but your knotting string is under your base string and you pull the loose end DOWN through the hole. And the same goes for all of the knots. You do them the same as usual just with the base string on top.

Here's the way I do it:
1st step: I mirror the pattern
2nd step: I knot the bracelet like I usually would following that mirrored pattern but instead of putting the string behind the bracelet when I switch colours I put it in front of it.
3rd step: Once I'm finished I turn the bracelet around. The back side is now the front side. Since I switched colours in the front the back looks smooth and not messy like it usually would.
