Which knots should i do?

I was looking for the types of knots , and these two knots where the string goes to the before position... well, some say its like first u do a 4 and then a P or P and then 4, but others say you do a 4 and then another 4 but behind the other string, and i dont know which one is the right one or if they r the same actually : (

(Double) forward knot:↘️ Arrow from the left to the right You do two 4s (Double) backward knot: ↙️ Arrow from the righg to the left You do two Ps Forward backward knot: ↘️ ↙️ Arrow starting and ending on the left You do 4 P First half is like the forward knot, second half is like the backward knot Backward forward knot: ↙️ ↘️ Arrow starting and ending on the right You do P 4 First half is like the backward knot, second half is like the forward knot |

I would recommend starting with a bracelet that does both forward and backward knots to practice and then move into forward-backward and backward-forward knots.
