I would like to do an Alpha Pattern of my new home business/hobby logo. I've uploaded it into the "create a pattern " page, but it's only showing black and white. I've changed the number of colors to 7. All I'm trying to see at the moment is will my logo actually work due to cursive letters being in my logo.

When using alpha from image, you always need to tweak the pattern a little. It won't be perfect right away. You also have to pick an appropriate pattern size so all the details can be seen.
