Si I was trying pattern #153542 and I noticed that there was 6 colors but 14 strings and I need help (I feel dumb for asking this😑)

And also in pattern #63524 I think there’s 7 colors but 12 strings the problem is that I do the begginer’s loop so I fold it in half so if I do 7 colors I’d end up with 14 strings this is why the I named this as “COLORS WHY HAVE YOU DONE THIS TO MY BRAIN”

My recommendation: you don't need to do a loop!Just cut individual strings for each string, do an overhand knot with them leaving about 10cm excess string and start from there. You can have ties at both ends too. I would even recommend doing ties on both ends, if you don't know how to do a knotted loop yet. String loops are not very long lasting. Ties or knotted loops will last much longer. |
