So I am wanting to make a guitar strap but the pattern has to be pretty big. I have found a few wide patterns but they aren’t necessarily what I am looking for style wise. All that said, I’m wondering if I’m able to use a pattern and triple all the strings to blow up the pattern over 2-ish inches. That or if I can widen it by doubling the pattern and placing them side by side.I know it’s not original so i didn’t know if I’d be able to create the pattern. |

If you double or triple an existing pattern, you can still submit your photo to the original pattern it is expanded on.It cannot be accepted as a new pattern since it simply expands the existing pattern, but you can still create your expanded pattern and keep it on your 'Create patterns' page for your personal use (don't submit for review). |

hey, have another question! so i didn't realize how much string this was going to take... i did some quick maths and its looks like its going to take a minimum of $50-60 of anchor floss😢. i was wondering if anybody knows where i can get bulk string in similar colors as the pattern. i couldn't find any online. i will take any quality at this point! i am using a 48 string variation of #154635 if the color reference helps.
