Bracelet pile up into a tube

Hi, I have a question, why does my straight bracelet pile up into a tube after the third day of wearing it? Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?I used this pattern https://www.braceletbook.com/patterns/normal/142709/ |

That usually happen when a bracelet gets wet, and I think happen to certain bracelet of certain pattern due to the knot structure. I've had bad luck with this for especially plaid patterns like #103.

It might help to get it damp and then let it dry flat (pressed under something/ pinned down), like crochet blocking? Tighter knots could a difference too, so that there is less wiggle room as the fibers start to settle.
