is there any way to stop thread on bobbins untwisting as you tie?

Bobbins make alphas so much easier but I always have an issue with the thread strands untwisting themselves when doing lots of the same colour knots in a row, making the following knots really messyIt doesn't seem like there's much else that would help other than retwisting constantly, but i thought Iโd ask here anyway to see if anyone has found a better way lol |

If you find a way for the whole string to hang freely, maybe there is a way, but I think it's natural for the string to twist when tying knots.
