Hi, new to BraceletBook - wondering as I look through some of these patterns how to tell the size of the finished project? Is there a hard and fast rule for this? For example, will #134671 - 60x75 - be a keychain size if I put it on a flat side keychain? Same for #171127 - 45x80 - tapestry size? And for $10507 - which is 42x47. If there is a basic idea of what the size of each project roughly would amount to, I would greatly appreciate knowing it! Thank you! |

Up to 30 base strings is recommended for keychains. So one of the numbers in dimensions should not be above 30.You been of course make bigger keychains, but I wouldn't recommend it. |

The dimensions are the amount of knots in a pattern. If you've made alphas before, you can measure how wide and long a certain amount of knots is and then use that to calculate the size of the finished project.

@halokiwi do you know the rough sizes of some of these projects? Thin bracelet/wide bracelet/keychain/small tapestry on a dowel/large tapestry?

also no I haven't made alphas before, and don't know how to calculate size. I'm just wondering if there is an average/estimate people can look at the dimensions of a project and have an idea of what the end result would be or look like
