How do I make the edges straight?

I use the straight edge technique and the flat alpha technique and my edges are still not that straight idk what I'm doing wrong

Just give it a little time because straight edges come with practice. Though there are a few tricks that may help likeloosening your knot tension so you can move your knots a little here and there, like pulling or pushing on the sides if you see a dip or a bulge. I also feel that my edges a straighter when my rows are straight so you can keep a scale/ruler and try to even out your rows while knotting. You may need to pull down your rows on some sides and then make the row straighter with the ruler. Both these tricks need loose knots tho so that is most important. |
