(?switching color order(?) of the pattern when repeating a pattern

I'm currently trying to make the pattern #4242 and was curious how to switch colors when the pattern repeats. In the full pattern every repetition the colors are in a different order and i was just curious how to do that. Sorry if this doesn't make sense ๐ญ ๐ญ

@Zoey_kovv Hi! For patterns like this where the colours from the top and bottom don't match, you just continue knotting with the colour you have.So if you made the last row, you go back to the top and continue to follow the knots as shown with you current strings (without looking at the colours). Does that make sense? If not, I can try to explain it a little bit more ๐ |

You need to make the same knots just with different colours. You start again in row 1 and ignore the colours.
