Hi! I am about to do #169750 bracelet and i am not sure what to do AFTER making the loop: Do I leave everything as it is and start the pattern? Or do somthing else? Please help

You can just start the pattern or choose a row to start segment knotting from. I'm not completely sure since I don't usually do loops, but this works when i've tried in the past.

I would recommend to do a shaped start. For bordered patterns like this one, it always looks nice to make the start bordered as well.
