The only pattern for 2 strings would be a Chinese staircase, which is pretty unnecessary as a pattern. You could try to submit it, but it's a pretty basic pattern so if it hasn't been published before that's probably why. If you're looking for somewhere to upload a picture of it, you could have it in a picture of another pattern.

The minimum amount of strings for normal patterns is 3 because for 2 strings, the even rows would have to have 0 knots. The minimum amount of knots per row is 1.
