how long does it take for a request to get accepted

I made a new pattern and itโs waiting to be accepted and itโs taking a bit of time Iโm just wondering if maybe I sent it in wrong or something because usually it only takes like 5 minutes๐๐

It depends on when the mods are on BraceletBook. Keep in mind that they have private life too, so there's no way to be accepted immediately unless they are on BraceletBook at that time. But I'm sure your pattern will get reviewed soon, it takes less than 24 hours. (:

It also depends on your time zone! I live in Australia so I have to wait until the next day for my patterns to be approved because I just happen to be awake and online when the moderators are not, so if you are online at a time you usually aren't, the mods may not be online.

It honestly depends haha. What everyone already said is correct. ๐ It just depends on when we're moderating.I'll usually answer any messages about reports at any time of day, otherwise, I have a few set times I set aside that I designate for moderating at certain times per week/day, while other times I set aside for pattern designing. I usually try to moderate when there's a chunk of time I can designate for it in a quite, distraction free place. ๐ Content usually gets accepted and declined in about 24 to 48 hours, but most times less than that. ๐ It also goes in the order of submission, and we can only see one item at a time. ๐ We can see the number of items in the review though, because there's a tally, similarly to the numbers you see when you get notifications. ๐ So I can tell you that if you send something right now, it's probably gonna take a good 5 to 8 hours to be reviewed because there's a decent number of things in there at the moment ๐ |

I should also mention, it also depends on reports too. ๐ If there happens to be an issue with duplicates, or if there's a situation with a user, it can take longer too. ๐

It didn't take as long as I thought this time around, mostly variations to patterns that don't have a lot, so it went by quickly!I hope I was able to review your pattern @fritch! I didn't notice if I did or not ๐ ๐ |
