Is there a way I can make a bracelet with solid color triangle starts/ends? Like a triangle start on a normal (not alpha) without using a chevron based pattern and using only one color? How would I go about this? I want to make pattern #54562 with a black loop and triangle starts/ends for reference. Thanks in advance ❤️

If you use only one colour for the background instead of two, you should be able to make a triangle end in just one colour. The pattern is a 1212 pattern: the knots are all fb and bf knots and the strings alternate. If you alternate the strings in the triangle end and you do only bf or fb knots, you should be able to make a triangle end in only the background colour. |

@halokiwi I’m confused on how that would work with making the triangle borders 🥲😭 so it would involve reusing the same string? Is there a video anywhere with this type of situation?

Also I’m fine with doing black and grey (2 background colors instead of 1) as well. Either solid black or black with the grey. I just don’t want the white to show as a part of my triangle starts if that’s possible

It should be possible to make the edge a solid grey/blackThere is at least one grey/black string in each knot. Use it to make the knot. If it is confusing, you can tie the edge of the triangle end at the very end. For the starting triangle that is only possible, if you don't do a loop. |

@halokiwi thank you. Would it be possible at all to do a starting triangle (using all colors) if I do a loop? I really want this bracelet to have a loop

Yes, it would definitely be possible. You just have to make the edge of the triangle first. You need to make each knot black or grey, but still need to make sure that the strings alternate between white and black/grey. |
