odd number of base strings with triangle alpha ends

hi! I wanted to do triangle ends on an alpha pattern with 19 base strings, and I was curious as to how. Thank you!

You can either split the string and then join it when you need to knot. There are some videos on YouTube if you need help

This video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pP0hWOKwZ84 shows you how to make a triangle end with even or uneven number of base strings. Basically you just have to split your strings in half (in your case 9 base strings each half) and leave one in the middle.

You should watch Masha Knots’ video on triangle ends on alphas, it’ll explain what to do with both even and odd amounts of base string.

I think @AlmaLlama explained it better, but basically you divide your base strings into 2 sections and leave 1 string in the middle. Hope that helps!
