Back of alpha bracelet

So I made an alpha bracelet, but the back looks bad. There’s a lot of loose threads and I don’t know what to do with them. I looked up videos and people say to glue the loose threads or use nail polish, but I don’t know if it’s the right way, I’m new to this website too. The nail polish is just making the bracelets sharp and glue just gets sticky after wearing the bracelet for too long. Are there even supposed to be loose threads, am I doing it wrong? 😭 😭 help

First of all, yes, there are supposed to be loose strings in the back.The only way to avoid them is using the clean-back alpha technique which only works well for small amounts of colours and is a little more complicated. If you used the flat alpha technique, you should be able to just cut the loose strings in the back as close as possible to the bracelet and this should be secure enough. I'm not sure about the regular alpha technique. Glue or nail polish can indeed be sticky or even scratchy, so I would not use it myself. Another method is sewing or gluing felt or fabric to the back to hide the mess in the back. Since you mostly do not see the back of bracelets, it does not really matter, if they look nice or not. |

Okay so the back will look bad and that’s part of it so I have a couple tips for you. What I do is use nail polish but I know that wasn’t really your plan so what you can do is use fabric glue and glue some felt onto it and it gets rid of the messy looking back or you can use the clean back alpha technique which I haven’t tried
