Hey everyone, I'm making my first alpha at the moment and it's a total mess. It had text in it. The edge that would be the bottom is nice and straight, but the edge that would be the top is wobbly. My colour changes are getting better, but not as crisp as I'd like. Has anyone got any tips?

the first thing is to practice also use he same brand of string because not all brands are the same size make sure to tie loose and even knots you can also use a ruler you can push against the row to keep it straight hope that helps 😊 |

It really does just take practice. The knot tension is key. Make sure to tie the knots evenly and not too tight.

I also afree with the tip of practice but also try different ways of changing your colours and experiment. I forme realised that alphas are more consistent if I hold my strings different than I would with a normal. Try different ways and look what feels more comfortable for you or creates a better look
