You can only create your own patterns on the website, not the app. You need to go to https://www.braceletbook.com/create/I think there is a little pencil icon that allows you to remove items from your to-dos. Marking something as done is not possible, but you could post a photo of it, so you know it's done. |

For future forum posts I recommend to pick a descriptive title. This way people know what your post is about before opening it and the forum is easier to navigate.
