the backs of my bracelets look.. tight??

i don't know how to explain it, it could be a tension issue but the backs of my bracelets look absolutely atrocious. they look tight and the other color pops through the knot. it bothers me a lot! how do i remedy this?

I think what helps is to pull both halfs of your knots as far to the top as possible and be extra careful with bf and fb knots.

You might need to make your knots looser
